Members Present: MG Matthew Strub (The Adjutant General), Supt. Timothy Carnahan (DOT-WSP), Chief David Erwin (DOA-Capitol Police), Natalie Easterday (DHS), Greg Engle (DMA-WEM), Kelly Smithback (DATCP), Chief James Olson (Chiefs of Police), Melissa Roberts (DOC), Meagan Wolfe (WEC).
Members Absent: Shane Goss (DNR), Trina Zanow (DOA-DET), Sheriff Mark Podoll (Badger State Sheriffs), Kevin Bierce (WI State Fire Chiefs), Kara Pennoyer (PSC), Chief Jeffrey Norman (MPD).
Alternates Present: Marshall Ogren (DOJ-DCI), James Sylla (DOA-DET), Lt. Steven Stelter (MPD).

- Motion by Mr. Olson to approve the minutes and second by Mr. Erwin.

- Agency Updates
- DMA-WING โ MG Strub informed the group that he intends to share the councilโs information with the Governorโs office. If anyone has urgent information, please contact MG Strub.
- Salt Lake City is holding a Cyber Summit.
- DoD will be reducing the fiscal budget. This may affect emergency management grant funding.
- Governorโs Office โ Ms. Barnes
- If you need support from the state, please contact Ms. Barnes.
- DOJ-DCI โ Mr. Ogren
- Had a successful Drug Take Back. Over 57K lbs. of drugs are off the street. Noted a significant increase year after year.
- WEC โ Ms. Wolfe
- Elections in April had a higher-than-expected turnout, and most things went smoothly. A few polling locations were without power due to an ice storm, but generators were provided and all polls opened.
- DMA-WEM โ Mr. Engle
- NFL Draft support was well coordinated.
- DOT-WSP โ Mr. Carnahan
- 75 State Troopers were present at the NFL Draft. Everything went well.
- DOC โ Ms. Roberts
- It is National Correctional Employee Appreciation week.
- EAA Overview was provided by Col. Gulczynski.
