  3. Review and approval of the November 7, 2023, open session meeting minutes.
  4. Agency update from each Council member
  5. Set date, time, and place of next meeting: Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
  6. Infastructure Investment and Jobs Act Cyber Plan Presentation.
  7. The Council may convene into closed session during the meeting pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(d) for the purpose of considering strategy for crime detection or prevention, including current security threats.
    1. Review of the November 7, 2023, closed session meeting minutes.
    2. Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention briefing.
    3. State Intelligence Community update.
    4. Agency and Strategic Partner updates.
  8. Convene into open session for possible action on items discussed in closed session.
