  1. Call to order/roll call.
  2. Opening remarks.
  3. Review and approval of the November 13, 2024, open session meeting minutes.
  4. Agency update from each Council member.
  5. Future meetings are as follows:
    • March 13, 2025
  6. The Council may convene into closed session during the meeting pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(d) for the purpose of considering strategy for crime detection or prevention, including current security threats.
        a. Review of the November 13, 2024, closed session meeting minutes.
    b. Cyber Threat Trends
    c. Terrorist Threats to Critical Infrastructure
  7. Convene into open session for possible action on items discussed in closed session.
    d. Approval of November 13, 2024, closed session meeting minutes.
  8. Adjournment.
