  2. Opening remarks.
  3. Review and approval of the January 14, 2025, open session meeting minutes.
  4. Agency update from each Council member.
  5. Future meetings are as follows:

  7. The Council may convene into closed session during the meeting pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(d) for
    the purpose of considering strategy for crime detection or prevention, including current security threats.
    a. Review of the January 14, 2025, closed session meeting minutes.
    b. NFL Draft Security Overview
    c. Intel Update
    d. Defense of the Homeland update
    e. 2027-2030 Homeland Security Council Strategy Primer
  8. Convene into open session for possible action on items discussed in closed session.
    f. Approval of January 14, 2025, closed session meeting minutes.
  9. Adjournment.
